Terms and Conditions
NW Auto Detailing
Effective Date: February 2026
1. Services
NW Auto Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services including but not limited to:

Exterior washes
-
Interior detailing
-
Paint correction
-
Paint Protection Application
-
Add-on services as requested
All services are performed to industry standards. Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and previous maintenance.
2. Appointments & Deposits
-
A deposit of 20% of the total job price may be required to secure an appointment for ceramic coating and paint correction services.
-
Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
-
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice.
Failure to show up for an appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or refusal of future bookings.
3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept: Cash, ApplePay, and Venmo

Late payments may be subject to a late fee after 7 days.
4. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Customers must disclose any known issues prior to service.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Rock chips
-
Scratches
-
Oxidation
-
Clear coat failure
-
Stains
-
Faded trim
-
Previous bodywork
-
We recommend documenting vehicle condition before service begins.
5. Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Disclaimer
Paint correction improves the appearance of paint but does not guarantee 100% defect removal.
Ceramic coatings:
-
Do not make the vehicle scratch-proof.
-
Require proper maintenance.
-
May require cure time of 12 Hours before exposure to water.
Warranty: Warranties are included and are limited to the end of the indicated coating durability (ex. 3-year coating, 3-year limited warranty)
6. Interior Detailing Limitations
We strive for the best possible results; however:

Some stains, odors, pet hair, or damage may be permanent.

Mold remediation requires disclosure before service.

Biohazards (vomit, blood, excessive waste) may incur additional charges or refusal of service.
7. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:

Excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, or sand
-
Oversized vehicles
-
Heavily neglected interiors
-
Biohazard cleanup
-
Sap, tar, or paint overspray removal
Customers will be notified before additional charges are applied whenever possible.
8. Mobile Service Terms
For mobile appointments:

Customer must provide safe access to the vehicle.
-
Access to water and electricity is required unless otherwise agreed.
-
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or unsafe conditions.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather.
9. Personal Belongings
Customers must remove all personal belongings prior to service.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
10. Satisfaction Policy
If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we'll make it right!
We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the NW Auto Detailing.
11. Liability Limitation
NW Auto Detailing is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Damage due to faulty parts or prior repairs
-
Normal wear and tear revealed during cleaning
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for:

Unsafe working conditions
-
Aggressive behavior
-
Excessive biohazards
-
Vehicles deemed too damaged for safe service
13. Photography & Marketing
We may photograph vehicles before and after service for marketing purposes.
If you do not consent, please notify us in writing prior to service.
14. Agreement
By booking an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
